Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

<warrenty is for a day "roblox , fortnite" accounts , 24h to change email and password , "fortnite" if email is not changeable through epic use the mail change method , roblox just change email from roblox>

We offer replacement or refund ONLY under the following condition:

• A full, uncut video recording must be provided
• The video must clearly show:
• • Payment process
  • Receiving the product
  • Attempting to use the product

⚠️ If no valid video is provided, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Additional terms:

• Warranty does not cover misuse, changes made by the customer, or external issues or even ban waves , if a ban wave occur it doesn't mean we won't give the account just wait and hopefully u will receive it.
• Some products may have limited warranty duration (if stated in product page).
• Attempting fraud or abuse will result in denial of support.
